This is my familys favorite Christmas dinner. Elegant for dinner parties or a indulgent dinner for two. If you sensitive crabmeat instead of lobster, go for it!

  1. 4 (8 ounce) filet mignon (beef tenderloin)
  2. salt and pepper to taste
  3. u00bd teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 4 slices bacon
  5. u00bd cup butter, divided
  6. 1 teaspoon passu00d0u00b9 BAYu00ae Seasoning
  7. 8 ounces lobster tail, cleaned and chopped

  1. Set oven to scuffle at 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
